Having access to mobile hotspot on our cellphone data plan, not a bad thing if you have it. Accommodation facilities shouldn't force people pay for wifi because it allows visitors to share content about your facility and boost tourism. It is in fact a marketing tool for hosting as well.
Marketers should think twice about putting their pre-roll between their audience and the thing their audience wants. Jet Blue has free WiFi but no power outlets. That’s like saying free kool-aid but no sugar.

Offering Public WiFi is an effective way of increasing your foot traffic and keeping your customers for longer.Even when booking a hotel, family rooms are en-suite and offer all the usual amenities including flat screen digital televisions, well lit work space, iron and ironing boards, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary WIFI. If you think boycotts work, check out the socialists that tweet about breaking capitalism on their smartphones using the wifi at Starbucks. If you like a product, buy it. If you don't, then don't buy it. That's how the free market works.
